These terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to: consumers, real estate professionals, brokers, agents, investors, property owners, and service providers.

2.1 Technology Platform Only

AltProp provides a technology platform that connects users with real estate professionals, facilitates property listings, and offers various tools and services. We do not:

• Provide real estate brokerage services
• Offer financial, investment, or legal advice
• Act as a party to any real estate transaction
• Guarantee the accuracy of any information on the platform
• Endorse or warrant any professional or service provider

2.2 No Professional Relationships

Use of our platform does not create any professional relationship between you and AltProp, including but not limited to: attorney-client, broker-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationships.

2.3 Independent Verification Required

All information, recommendations, calculations, and content on the platform are for informational purposes only. You must independently verify all information and consult with qualified professionals before making any decisions.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Professional Verification

Real estate professionals must provide valid licensing information. We may verify professional credentials but do not guarantee the accuracy or current status of any license.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4.1 Property Listings

Users may list properties for sale or rent. All listings must comply with applicable fair housing laws, MLS rules, and local regulations. Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information.

4.2 Professional Services

We facilitate connections with licensed real estate professionals. All professional services are provided directly by the licensed professional, not by AltProp. You must verify professional licensing and credentials independently.

4.3 MLS and Data Compliance

MLS data is provided under license and subject to MLS rules and regulations. Users must comply with all applicable MLS terms, including the NAR Clear Cooperation Policy.

4.4 Fair Housing Compliance

All users must comply with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Discriminatory practices based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or other protected characteristics are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Property Tokenization

Property tokenization features create digital representations of real estate interests. These tokens may constitute securities and are subject to complex regulations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable securities laws.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payment options are provided through third-party processors. We do not control cryptocurrency transactions and are not responsible for any losses, delays, or errors.

5.3 Regulatory Compliance

Blockchain and cryptocurrency features may be subject to changing regulations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5.4 No Investment Advice

We do not provide investment advice regarding cryptocurrencies or tokenized assets. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

6.1 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or security breaches by third-party processors.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, OR COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

11.2 Professional Service Disclaimer

WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSING STATUS, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

11.3 Investment Disclaimer

PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. ALL INVESTMENTS CARRY RISK OF LOSS. CRYPTOCURRENCY AND TOKENIZED INVESTMENTS ARE EXTREMELY HIGH-RISK.

12.1 Damages Exclusion

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALTPROP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

12.2 Maximum Liability

IF LIABILITY IS FOUND DESPITE THESE LIMITATIONS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
